Re: Flags
1) Brazilian Portuguese differs a lot from Portuguese Portuguese (pardon the pun). It's not half as close as British English is of American English. Of course we can understand each other, but we write lots of words diferently, and both has lots of exclusive words either. Would be interesting to kn...

Well, German is Language Nr. 1 in Europe but concerning the whole world I guess there are just few emigrants and maybe a very small minority in Namibia I guess... It will be best to use G...

Pits with fuel mode (where maybe much fuel slows down the car acceleration and max speed) as option would allow new kinds of F1-tracks, including the possibility for more F1-Racing Feeling. No Mike I hope we won't get too much F1-Racing feeling because the Formula 1 is soooooo boooooring. Hope that...

These flags are looking nice :) But i would give my vote to 1 flag instead of >=1 flag(s). Because the language is german... But i think it's comon for swiss and austrian people, the german flag for choosing the german language. Germans... I see you have not been in Austria very often, on...

I'm wondering if we have any chances of having our test tracks released within the official version, as official tracks. I would be glad to work on 1 or 2 tracks to send for ev...

Re: Turbo Sliders Feature Requests
In this thread, you can give suggestions on what features to include in future Turbo Sliders versions. One thing not mentioned here: Maybe it is able to improve the hardware usage of the game. My K6-2/333 with 16 MB Graphic RAM worked with lots of games with more complex 3D graphics, also with Fifa...

Re: Turbo Sliders Feature Requests
In this thread, you can give suggestions on what features to include in future Turbo Sliders versions. One thing I'd like to have improved in the editor: It should somehow be possible to move the parts with the cursor keys too . Because if you have to hit the pixels exactly it is often very difficu...

It's just with certain new tiles, that you can't rotate em (mainly obstacles I think). Most of the tiles can be rotated just like before. Especially parts 1304-1333 should be rotateable... One thing I'd like to have improved in the editor: It should somehow be possible to move the parts with the cu...

Speculation about jumps : Someone already stated that the "landing area jumps" should be perhaps driveable - that when you dont make the long enough jump, and land too short -> you could still drive on, thru the "landing area" jump. Guess it was me. Yes, I'd suggest to make the ramps like they are ...

Well, i said some guys, i like the small retro look of old graphics. I haven't tested the old tracks yet, with water...but if the old tracks get the new water, that would be bad :( I agree. There was not really a need to improve the graphics that much for me, but the thing with the ice... I already...

Re: Turbo Sliders 0.98 Beta Thread
My bug reports so far: (- = bug, o = could be improved, + seems to be fixed) First a comment: It seems that the game has different bugs on different computers. :-( There will still be a lot of work before the game works reliable. We tested it on 4 computers where 2 of them had different problems, on...

Re: A couple of questions
The game should not require a better computer. New cars use lightly more alpha-blending but there is a new option to disable it completely. So it should in fact be possible to play 1.00 with even a slower computer if disabling all extra features. That's fine! Although the game needs a very fast com...

Re: New version
Playtrix.net will happily host few sliders1.0 servers too ;) Fine! there are over 200 tracks in 0.86b... playtrix server admins have no chance of testing them all for shortcuts, bad design, over 60secs first lap etc etc... we need players feedback of those tracks, what to remove etc.... Sounds fine...
