i just watched it and i liked what i saw with the this field of drivers fair play most of the time nice strategies you have options not just 1 thats the best starting fuel is a nice progress i saw how some took away many seconds in the beginning starting with low or even a full car with fuel was just great to watch :) i noticed there was no damage but yea even so i didnt really mind here ... wish i coulda participate right there but ill defnitly try my best to show up on the other races.

my first thought with this was a new big progress in TS (paying off :D)

Let's make it clear, because some players didn't get how it worked (wrong startfuel selection at the beginning of the race):
race startfuel must be equal to the amount of fuel remaining after last completed lap in qualify (right after cutting finishline of the last lap you drive).

This means that if you start with 100% fuel in quali driving 2 laps (out of 10 available), you will start the race with the amount of fuel remaining after those 2 laps (right after cutting finishline, so you don't have to worry about fuel going down after that).

If you decide to drive the whole qualify (10 laps), you will start with the fuel remaining after the last lap. Since pitting isn't allowed, you will start with about 50% fuel.

This will be very interesting in the league: driving few laps in the quali in order to save fuel might result in a bad starting position. In the other hand, getting best possible position would mean driving an aggressive race (with 2 pit stops at least).

Oh wait, 21:00 GMT means 23:00 CET. That's too late for us. Maximum is 20:00 GMT (22:00 CET).

Indeed if you have pole with only half fuel left youll have to take away some seconds to get in front of the people who prefer 1 stop races.
This test race was good test to see how you play race,
If your not so quick in the warmups and qualifications youll just need to figure out a plan to get in front of the people who are faster then you are.

ill give in some input from my point of view,
1. if i am slower then dede and its a 40 lap race and 1 lap costs 5%

2. id put my chances on the 2 stop strategy take away as many seconds as possible with 50% startfuel (10 laps)

3. pit 2 times 75% (15 laps) and see if would hold out against dede,
the first stop should put me back behind dede.
then dede makes a stop which should put me back ahead of him again.
then drive as fast as i can to drive away from him enough for my 2nd stop.
since your losing time driving into the pit and losing time since im pitting twice and dede only once.

just some basic input i guess
