Yay!

So yup, I'm in too. If there is room for Iijo when the tournament date is, I'll hook up with him. If not, I guess I have to settle for dede.

I put you in the list, meaning that you are the fourth reserve.

If he's too lazy to register, I guess it would only be fair if the organization is too lazy to put him on the list.

Just a note. Final will be 10 (+2) goals, meaning that you need two points gap to win the match (match can't end 10-9). Semi-final won't have the two points gap rule (10-9 makes the game end).

You shouldn't skip your medication...

The cup itself was nice, gotta like the concept and all. Of course it wasn't bad to win the whole thing either. My personal goal was to finish at least second so I didn't have any pressure on me in the final which made it relatively easy.

I'd like to play more these kinds of tourneys

Yep, you would've easily defeated us in the first round if it weren't for you.
It was a nice cup, really well organized. Didn't take nearly as much time as I initially feared. As for the results, we had the best (well, easiest) draw we could possibly hope for, but looking back at it now, maybe it would've been nice if we got in some more competition before the final.

Haha, shyguy would've defeated you two on his own if he wasn't paired with me :D

Na, I'm joking obviously - in all seriousness, the main reason we didn't get through is probably because we had one of the toughest draws. I bet even Matti or Chevron would've struggled to defeat you and Badeend if they'd have been paired with me or shyguy :)

But anyway, it was a nice cup, I liked the format. Maybe it was a bit too short though, perhaps we could increase the length of the first round games (or maybe it just felt too short after being knocked out first, I don't know).

Haha, there's no way they would even stand a chance. :D

You're right that it did feel a bit short, but I think that if anything should be made longer, it's the later rounds. For example, a best-of-3, with no time limit and maybe 5-8 goals per game. I don't really care, it would just be nice to get to play on both sides in the final.
On the other hand though, this cup's simplicity was one of its biggest charms. We don't need to make it any more complicated than it should be.

That should've been the case. Maybe in the next one then?

Ok, I just posted cup results and videos to the homepage. Congratulations to everybody, it was a fun cup. There are some things that can be changed, but the format sounds good, we will play more of these.
