Im new .. i want to know how the parameters in the cardef.car file affect the car...

specialy i want to know what does "grip" exactly do

(sorry for writing mistakes, i speak spanish)

Grip is basically how well a car handles at high speeds. More grip means more steering when the car is going fast.

it also makes the car keep steering even when any key is pressed...

You are clear, but you are wrong. It's impossible to make something like that. It's only possible to make that car sliding even you don't pressing left or right.
