TS POKERPLAYER section

PostMon Oct 11, 2010 12:41 pm

since lately i noticed alot of players are also online pokerplayers i thought about making this topic.

- Talk / Discussion about poker
- Inviteing players into the same tourney
- notifying each other about cool promotions bonusses ect.

shortly just talk and help each other out i think we all know how frustrating poker can be

Anyone interested in going to the wsop 2011 by any chance?

I too play some poker and planning on going to the big one next year.
Haven't played in 6 months though (got bored of it) and currently rekindling my passion for it. (by watching WSOP 2010 episodes and reading about poker) but the flame hasn't lit yet.

Planning on attending some little live events to get started again.

Jurgen, do you go to Holland Casino to play as well?
If so...we should play same tournament once :)

Nice... you play holdem or still your horse? Horse is never enough action i guess so it must be holdem. GL with the challenge.

When you get a lot of bad beats sometimes challenges like these can become quite hard. First you have a lot of confidence and then suddenly it's all blown and you are tilt prone, atleast i have that lol :o

Yea mostly Holdem i like the 18 mans and 45 man SnG

Well see currently i took down some bad beats allready but my bankroll could have been $5-600 AQ vs A4 ($3.30R 180 SnG 1st prize $515)
I got 4th ($137) after this guy sucked out with the river on me he went all-in the whole time. (was place 1 vs me place 2 in chips 400.000 chips pot with 5k/10k blinds)
I was having a hot run cuz i took down 1 $6.50 45 man SnG 20 min before, and i cashed in some 18 mans.

been running a bit low aswell with my SnG challenge that is,
got some top 18 spots after my last big streak guess that pretty much ticks me off knowing i got sucked out in the top 18.
i should start with some 18-45 man SnG soon again instead of 180s

im not using Bankrollmanagement with the rest of my money i got on PS.
So im pretty reckless but it seems im running even with the $27-$60-$110 SnGs hehe :)

would be nice to play a small tournament with all turboslider drivers

EDIT: ps i also challenged Donald (Andres Berg , Norway) for a HU $100 H.O.R.S.E game

Waaaaaaaaaaat you play $110 sng! And yeah. I could make a private tourney on pokerstars, and we could do low buyin. But first we would need some sign ups?

1. Jurgen
2. Mikenike
3. Pingu and more?

We could also make the turbosliders tourney a heads up shootout :P

i took the lead from the start and didnt give it away from there,
in holdem it mostly was 2000 vs 1000 in stacks then right before omaha started,
he took some back 1750 vs 1250 and then i gave away a few pots and took down a big pot with hi/lo
and in razz he was less patience then me so he kept drawing with a higher card then me and thus i love to bluff in razz i kept firing at him.

was fun :)
(Remember Pro players are just like us humans they make enough mistakes dont feel threatend by them at the table)
