F.A.Q. - Questions&Answers needed

I'd like to build add a Frequently Asked Questions section, for both the website and the game, so that newbies can find answers to their questions quite easily and in their own languages.
It's quite hard thinking about questions. Would you like to help me? Thank you.

F.A.Q.:

- I had problems purchasing a license. What can I do? {Answered}
- I bought the game but I'm not satisfied. How do I get my money back? {Answered}
- I lost my license. Do I have to purchase a new one? {Answered}
- I uploaded my players.dat, I selected my nickname, but an error occurs: it says that my nickname is already in the database, though it's not shown on the list. What can I do? {Answered}
