I decided to add the "old" trackgroups to the ranking. Now even demo players can compete sending their videos.
Please don't send laptimes obtained by bouncing, because that's considered a cheat. Grass-cutting is allowed instead, unless you are taking illegal shortcuts (shortcuts that should be forbidden, but they work because of bad checkpoints etc..).

Good addition, I like that. A nice rebirth for the old ranking, getting rid of the stupid cheat and bump possibilities. I will surely send the videos I happen to have saved, once I find time and energy for parsing them.
By the way, have you considered about adding other tracks for ranking too? Might not be a bad idea to have all tracks included in the track database there, or at least the racing tracks. If all tracks feels too much, maybe a selection based on voting could do the trick.

It's already possible to send videos for ANY track included in the trackdb (check de_Bugging, for example). Unluckily I didn't have time to select new tracks for the ranking and for some other things I promised to do (e.g. opening voting sessions for not assigned 2007 Awards such as Punaball, best track, and so on..).
