How do you set your country and appear on the players list?

Ok, i've registered online, i've set my associated in-game name, but i'm still not appearing on the list of registered players on here. Also, i don't know how to set the country for my player profile (which is possibly why i'm not on the registered players list?).

Can somebody please help?
