Hi all
About one week ago I paid for the CD-Key of this game, and I received it yesterday. Then, I put the cd-key and the name in their places and it tells me that the code or the name are invalid. I try for many times and nothing, it says the same, can someone tell me what could be wrong?

Your best bet would be to e-mail the JollyGoodGames customer support directly.
support@jollygoodgames.com , You'd probably get a faster reply by emailing them and this seems like a serious problem, so they would need a bit more info.

Yes, in the past already happened that wrong keys have been sent by JGG. So contact them directly

I don't think that has happened but I do occasionally make mistakes in spelling foreign names when I enter them to the registration tool (this only applies to orders that are handled manually, paid via PayPal or bank giro).
